Parama Labs is an applied AI company founded by Sean Herron and Benjamin Isaac. We design, architect, and ship intelligent systems that solve real-world problems across industries.

Sean brings 10+ years of experience at the intersection of enterprise technology, cybersecurity, and AI architecture. His background spans customer-facing leadership at organizations like Kaplan Health, Cyderes, Proficio, and Digital Hands, combined with hands-on AI engineering: building production LLM systems, agentic pipelines, RAG architectures, and multi-agent orchestration frameworks.

Benjamin is the technical co-architect behind Parama’s core systems, specializing in scalable AI infrastructure and responsible deployment patterns.

Together, we have shipped 8 AI applications across web, iOS, Android, Fire TV, and tvOS. We have designed 800+ agentic workflows and automation systems. We have built production architectures that support recommendation engines, market intelligence platforms, decision-support systems, and more.
